How do I track my order?

Open My Orders in your account, select the order, and use the tracking ID provided after dispatch.

Do you offer COD?

Yes, COD is available on selected PIN codes. Payment availability is shown during checkout.

Can I cancel after placing an order?

Orders in pending or confirmed state can be cancelled from My Orders, subject to processing stage.

How are loyalty points earned?

You earn points on successful completed orders. Points can be redeemed during checkout as per policy.
